No Events or Parties

Events, parties, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited anywhere on the villa premises.

Smoking Policy

Smoking inside the villa is strictly forbidden. Guests may only smoke in designated outdoor areas (patio, yard, or parking area). A IDR 500,000 fine will apply for any violations.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed on the furniture and are strictly prohibited from relieving themselves inside the villa. Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness at all times. If the villa is left excessively dirty due to pets, your security deposit may be forfeited.

Damages & Missing Items

Guests are liable for any damage to or loss of furniture, amenities, or property during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be assessed based on the severity of the damage. Security deposits may be withheld in the event of missing or damaged items.

Guest Capacity

The maximum occupancy for the villa is 6 guests. An additional fee of IDR 100,000 per night applies for each extra guest.

Cleanliness & Villa Condition

Guests are kindly requested to keep the villa tidy and leave it in a reasonable condition upon check-out.

An Extra Cleaning Fee of IDR 200,000 will be charged if the villa is left excessively dirty or messy, including but not limited to:

• Excessive trash left behind.

• Furniture moved from its original position.

• Severe stains or dirt on furniture or property surfaces.

• Any condition requiring deep cleaning beyond standard maintenance.

Late Check-Out

Late check-outs without prior notification and approval will incur a fee of IDR 200,000 per hour.

Photoshoots

Unauthorized photo or video shoots are strictly prohibited. Any commercial or structured photoshoot will be charged an additional fee equivalent to a 1-night stay rate.

Security Deposit & Payment Details

• The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or rule violations.

• Check-in: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Important Information

• Child Safety Warning: The mezzanine and staircase do not have safety railings or barriers. Therefore, this property is not recommended/safe for children under 12 years old.

• Potential Noise: The villa is situated near residential homes, a main road, cafes, and restaurants, so ambient neighborhood noise may occur.

• Hot Water System: The water heater has a 30-liter capacity. Please allow time for the water to reheat after 3–4 consecutive uses.

Pet Fees & Guidelines

Guests bringing pets must ensure cleanliness and safety throughout their stay. Additional fees will apply under the following circumstances:

• Pet Waste: A fee of IDR 100,000 per area will be charged for any uncleaned pet waste.

• Extra Laundry: A fee of IDR 100,000 per item will apply for linen or fabric requiring extra washing due to pets.

• Furniture / Unattended Pets: A fee of IDR 250,000 will apply if pets are found on furniture or left unattended.

• Property Damage: If a pet causes damage to any property, furniture, or amenities, the guest must cover the full cost—either by reimbursing the item's value or replacing it with a new item matching Ālaya’s standards.
